  This has to be the worst place to call. No one ever answers the phone. When you finally get someone it is someone that is clueless and I asked to talk to a technical guy and I was told that I could not but to come at the store because only 1 tech guy for 10 clients. So I went to the store. Well let me tell you that the joke about how many people you need to change a light bulb is 9?? It is no longer 9 but 11 because there were 10 of them around the guy on the ladder. And we wonder why we can't get help. I took a picture of that. It was way to funny not to. But in all the service has gone really bad at best buy and I will not ever again look to purchase anything from them.

  They are supposed to give you a loner but they find excuses each time and send you home empty handed. You go in for a problem and they claim they fixed it, you get home and you have the exact same issue. Very frustrating considering I pay $22.00 plus tax each month for this service!

  Clean and organized only issue is that there's too many people working on the computer section or there's not enough I guess depends on the time you go. Anyways overall good experience. Not 5 start though.

  I am so frustrated with the Geek Squad in the store in Rosemere. They never answer their phone, they will tell you your computer will be ready at a specific time and you get there and it is never ready.

  Today i went to Rosemère with the idea of buying a laptop and as soon as i went in the employees asked me very kind if i need anything and i walked around and the store has many things even i got the ides of buying a small T.V for my step son and a big one for my family in Cuba but when i asked how could i pay monthly they employee answer my that i need to get the Best Buy Credit Card but when i went to the Customer Service desk i realized that i could not get the credit card because i have not leaving here enoguh for the store to trust me this card and i have to wait for another 1 and a half before i could get it. I think the politics of the company espires because Canada is receiving lots of emigrants and we don't have the posibility to get this service. I think if the company wants to get more new clients you need to fix few things. The service was wonderful but at the end i went home with a beautiful big backpack that i bought there but the reason of what i went there FORGET IT.I never got the laptop.
