  I ordered a bedroom set and a box spring. Received only half of the delivery and the delivery guy told me I’d have to call back and see what’s going on. Leon’s didn’t even have the decency to call before hand to tell us they did not have some of the pieces. Also, the dresser was Defected and had to send it back. When I called, they set a second delivery date. The day of the delivery I waited all day for them to call and they they still don’t have it.

  I firstly gave a bad review (2/5) because I was promised something that did not arrive with the furniture I bought. But I went there, to the location, and was able to get it without any problem. I bought the Magi Seal protection for 170 CAD and I really think it is not worth it, so my advice is to not spend on that (their service was not really user friendly on the phone, i.e. to have an appointment to apply the product you have to call to 3 different numbers before getting the right one to call, I cannot imagine what it will be when I will have to call to have the furniture repaired if I ever spill something on it.

  Please save the trouble. Dont buy anything from the store. !! Service is close to zero. Staff has no idea what othwr staff member's say. Delivery.... well they never showed up and claimed i was never home. Guarantees dont apply to these people. All they want to achieve is a sale without thinking about the customer's. I might be saving you alot of trouble
